VACANCY FOR H&S Advisor / Office Administrator / Dispatch Co-ordinator
Roading Solutions is a small family owned hire business supplying safety gear to earthworks / civil and infrastructure projects.
We’re looking for an experienced multi tasker carrying out the duties of H&S Advisor / office administrator / dispatch co-ordinator to join our small team in Mt Wellington, Auckland.
This is a varied role. The successful candidate will work with the team to develop, improve and implement practical H&S solutions that target the prevention of workplace illness and injury alongside admin duties / dispatch work.
You will
• Demonstrate sound judgement
• Multi task as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Manage risk and its application.
• Guide & coach teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Track and manage all h&s documents and records.
• Fulfill client H&S requirements.
• Handle incidents & investigate claims.
• Implement H&S initiatives & inductions.
• Effectively communicate and consult with employees on matters of health and safety
• Admin work
• Dispatch co-ordinator.
To apply for this role you must have NZ residency or hold a valid work visa.
• All new employees must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must hold an unrestricted class 1 NZ drivers licence
